I have used Professional Rental for four years, and prior to that my father used them for several years to rent out a small property which he owned in Napa. They have done an excellent job managing this property; they always found excellent tenants, and while my father was alive they were very flexible in arranging short term leases since he used the property himself during some months of the year.

When my father entered assisted living, some significant renovation was needed at the property, including a new septic system, and Professional Rental found good contractors and they managed the renovations, which was very helpful to me since I live on the East Coast. They then found an excellent long-term tenant for the property.

I highly recommend Professional Rental; the only reason I am not longer using them is that our family made the decision to sell the Napa property.
